CHOGAM in full stands for Common Wealth Heads of Government Assembly Meeting. It is a committee that unites all countries that were once colonized by the British. Our main aim here is to let Ugandans know what CHOGAM is really about. Out of 100% only 1% understands what CHOGM is and yet in concerns all Ugandans.
