With a combination of Silk Events as the events organizers, Balaam enterprises as the event managers and Bebe Cool behind the microphone, The Agenze concert at Kyadondo rugby club last Friday can best be hailed as the most successful concert ever by a local act.

Being the third concert after the thriving Jinja and Mukono shows the previous week, Bebe clad in an orange 46664 overall and barked by the gagamel band took to the stage at exactly 9:00pm after a brief act by Sylvia Namugenyi and performed Mukomela, nsonyiwa mukwano,oga, Ekitibwa and I was born in Africa for his first live performance session.

Fire wax display that lasted for five minutes left revelers excited as performances were proceeding from artists like  Irene Namubiru, Sweet Kid, David Lutalo, Moris Hasa, Desire Luzinda, Kid Fox, Tool Man, wafagio and sizza man. Bebe Cool clad in a grey suit, black shoes, black shirt and shades re-appeared back on stage doing praise God with Tikita, then kanyimbe alongside Crystal Fabulous and finalizing with gwe mukyala wange, Bamugambe and Agenze respectively for his second musical session.

Necessary Noise didn’t also miss out on the action as they put up great performances with songs like make a choice, uprising, jump and shout and Kenyan boy. Coming together for over a year of solo careers, The East African Bashment Crew performed Fire Anthem, This tune, Kube and Give me more (produced the previous day) but all this time Bebe was dressed in a white attire that comprised of linen shorts, half coat, cap and white snickers. Peter Miles and Menshan were also called in to do Combination in which the five artists showcased an energetic performance that almost shuttered the stage.
 
The Bamugambe star was then left on stage to finish up his third session with his new hits carton and Baboon, chemical reaction before auctioning fallen Dj Ronnie’s portrait to Red Pepper news paper guys who promised to pay five million shillings on Monday adding to his 500,000shs. With wild cheers and request from his huge fan base, the self proclaimed Big Size  climaxed the show with his top of the charts hit Bogolako before appreciating the immense crowd that had turned up for the event.

Straka Mwezi, Omulangila Ndausi and Tuff B were the night’s Emcess and Zain, Bell Lager,D-Mark, mountain Dew and Silk Events ensured that the show was nothing but a suceess. Saturday saw Bebe Cool traveling to Luwelo at Lidwines theatre before proceeding to Resort beach on Sunday for his final act of his concerts.
