BLU*3 COMPLETES 17 TRACK ALBUM

Blu*3 have finally finished recording their sophomore album at Fenon Records. The 17 track effort features guest artists like Navio of Klear Kut, Mr. Googz and Babaluku. Steve Jean produced the bulk of the album but it also features production credits from Henry Kiwuwa and newcomer Fabrice.

This is the follow up to the hugely successful Hitaji album that spawned the hits like Hitaji, Tomalaako, Frisky and the sultry ballad U don’t know.

Super songwriter, Sylver Kyagulanyi penned 5 tracks for the album including the scorching single, “Nsayuka Nawe” which has already hit the number one spot on every radio station in Uganda.

The girls are excited about the new project and you could tell from their sizzling hot performance at the PAM awards at Lugogo stadium.

The new album is expected to hit stores in December 2006. An extensive tour of Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania will follow. Blu*3 has also been booked to perform at the prestigious Miss Malaika event in Ghana. A European and US tour will follow in summer 2007.
