Ken Wonder

Ken wonder is hot! His new track Muvunana is currently on Sanyu FM’s count down. He recently introduced a new style of music, which he calls “Ekintabule” which he says is a mixture of all styles as the word suggests. The first time I listened to Muvunana, it sounded a bit like House, a bit like South African Kwaito and for some reason, it still sounded so Ugandan at the same time. Me most definitely has Ugandan Music critics like myself guessing.

Wait, it is not just one track! It is part of an album, which he unsuccessfully tried to launch at the controversial Constitutional Square recently. The launch failed because he was let down by some of his sponsors. Ken is definitely back on his feet and featured at the recently concluded Sanyu FM show at Munyonyo on 30^th September.

 He was also part of the Nile Breweries sponsored Millennium song released on 31^st December 1999, which brought together Ugandan artists from all walks of life for the first time. Basically, he has been around for a long time and the way things look, he is still going to be here for as long as it takes!
