Miss Uganda UK 2009 press conference & after party on 9th august 2009 at Guvnor Night Club

Miss Uganda UK 2009 Beauty Queen Maria Namiiro invites you all to her press conference & After Party to be held on Sunday 9th August 2009 at GUVNOR Night club. For more information, please see the attached Miss Uganda UK 2009 After Party Flier.

Maria Namiiro has already resumed her charitable duties. The first of which was the Charity & Funders Fair, held in Westminster, which she attended together with the Latitude Care Network director, Grace Adok. This event promoted small charities and community cohesion.

The second event that she attended with her parents was the monthly Sunday prayers of the Acholi UK community, held in Stratford, London where the beauty queen made a remarkable speech. She reinforced her vision for highlighting the problems within this region and asked for their blessing and support. She later hosted the community to refreshments after the service and she was busy working in the kitchen. Both Brandy Arombo the 2nd Princess and Shifa Apire one of the former contestants were in attendance including the Miss Uganda UK Directors, Joyce & Chris Church. Maria Namiiro is one of the invited Ugandan beauty queens from around the globe to take party in the prestigious Miss Uganda 2009 for Miss World on Saturday 26th September 2009 to be held at Imperial Royale Hotel, Kampala.
