Sleek a.k.a Ronald Batanda is an upcoming Ugandan musician of 20 years born 1st May 1983.
He writes his own music and he is motivated by the situations, events or happenings in life
He went to Nakasero Primary School, Busoga College Mwiri for his O level and finished in Old Kampala High where he did in A-levels. During this time he did some performances at the Lion’s Discothèque.
He began his singing career in 2000 and he released a single earlier this year called “Glimpse”. This song was produced and done in Collin Multi and Mobile Studios (CMMS) in Uganda. He did this song with Nafia who is now in the United Kingdom (UK). His dad and brother David support him

Sleek also tells us something about his new song Glimpse: it is basically his fighting hard for his first song, being “bounced” off stage and how he finally made it to where he is now.

He loves Klear Kut because of their rhyming and mix of languages like Swahili, French, English and so on .He has been inspired by well-known international musicians and artists like Timbaland, Missy and Jay-Z. His hobbies are singing, partying and listening to music.

His belief is “Take it or leave it but please like it”
