Solomon Isanka, the R&B phantom by 1544c Ssejjombwe. (+256 782233273).
Solomon Isanka also known as Solo is an R&B artiste, vocalist and song writer whose talent and potential can be witnessed in his first single “Tugenda Keesa” produced at Buzz studios in Muyenga by producer Kingsley.Solo’s first album, for which no name has been suggested yet, is still in production. The first single off the album, “Tugenda Keesa” is a great breakthrough track that gives a preview of the kind of sound Solomon is introducing to the fast moving and increasingly competitive Ugandan music scene.

The intro has Fidempa shooting through with his signature Jamaican patois before Solo follows suit with a poignantly soft male voice in the first verse.
Borrowing an idea from James Fauntleroy’s “Te Amo”, “Tugenda Kesa” was done in Luganda and English with well-voiced, creative and rich lyrics. It also Features Fidempa who lends the track a uniquely complementary Jamaican flow that gives it a bittersweet edge matched with Solomon’s vocal talent.
The track is already going places and you can watch out for his upcoming album.

Solo drops “Tugenda keesa” video
A few months ago musicuganda.com introduced to you a new RnB artist Solomon when he released his first music single Tugenda Keesa. The song that features dancehall maestro Fidempa came with a new artistic singing concept of Solomon and the wonderful feel that Fidempa presented.
The video for this song was shot in a night spot. It brings that party mood to anyone who watches. As it starts, Solomon and his colleague enter a night spot and lots of girls are waiting to receive and party with the new RnB Phantom in the industry. First dancing with many girls on a party, Solomon later meets Fidempa in the VIP lounge.
The concept of the song is simple but nice, it shows the two artists performing inside the club as their fans cheer them up. In the song Solomon says, “Tugenda Keesa paaka kuminabiri”, literally meaning they are going to party till morning.
Tugenda Keesa video was shot by Meddie Menz production alongside studio X. The audio of the song is produced by Kingsley of Buzz studios. We will keep you posted more about Solomon the self proclaimed RnB Phantom in the industry.
