Clad in a black shirt, black trouser with a black coat and black army boots, Jose Chameleon performed all his songs from his first album to the latest album which has hits like Telina nyiniyo, samwa samwa, nasema nao and Bayuda at hotel Africana last Friday, 30th January, 2009. Accompanied by Leone Island crew members and a full live band, the
katupakase artist with a bruised face and injured legs from the two freak accidents he was involved in back then at a hotel room in Arusha and along club Silk recently, was able to prove that he was a force to reckon with in the entertainment industry by singing for nearly three hours.

Entrance being 20,000shs, thousands turned up to support Jose and this was a tremendous sign of their loyalty and he didn't disappoint as he put up an energetic performance to leave them fully satisfied that he was truly the best.

The launch which started at 7pm and ending in the late hours of the night saw performances by clever J, Rocky Giant, Kid Fox Aziz Azion who got the crowd grooving with his mega hit Nkumila omukwano but the highlight of the night was by last years artist of the year Juliana and Bebe Cool who left everyone chanting to his Agenze song which he composed after the departure of his wife. The Baffude singer also went ahead to clear his rivalry with Chameleon by promising the whole public that whoever wants to attack Chameleon again has to go through him first which left the audience excited. At Ggaba beach last Sunday, Jose Chameleon re-branded his title of heavy weight to Doctor Chameleone as people not only crave for him mentally but also emotionally. The Bayuda concerts were proudly sponsored by Nile breweries and organized by Balaam of Balaam enterprises.
