Dr. Proppa
Dr. Proppa a.k.a Arinaitwe Johnhall, a member of the City Limit crew and still a member best describes himself as a simple but complicated person, hates fools and hard working. He alo continues to say that he treates women right and believes that when he is with them he doesn’t leave them the same way.
Dr. Proppa had his education background at Kitante and Kyambogo College and his music background starts way back in 2004 when he used to stay in Rwanda. By this time he used to perform or mime to Jayz and 2Pac (R.I.P). Now he is dancehall. Is dancehall and hip-hop connected. (Every dancehall artist started with hip-hop, don’t get too scared when Krayzie Native comes back doing dancehall….)
While in Rwanda, he wrote and release his first single called “Angel” where he featured Christopher Matata famously known for his “Amasakunda” hit, “Kigali ne Zuri” where he featured Simple G which did very well in Rwanda.
He later hooked up with his current Promoter Robert Kasule who later on brought him to Uganda. He signed a record deal with Keenote Records and worked with various artists like Bella, Ronny Bunton and Diz Nuts, these three later on formed the City Limit Crew. The newly formed group released an album that consisted of various track like “Mudongo, Sala Eddiiro, Bituli Bingi” and many more. With help of the Studio, he managed to release various tracks like the remix of Angel where he featured Bella, Sala Eddiro which is based on a true story, Oba Ogenda genda a continuation of Sala Eddiro and Life where he featured the other members of City Limit Crew.
He concludes by saying he is Christian.

According to Dr. Propa music is food for the soul. He used to do music to for the fun of it before taking it commercial. He is inspired by every situation that surrounds him like family affairs. His latest projects Mbulira is basically about a guy asking a lady he loves to tell him whether she would like to go with him. He also talks about the problems that could arise in a marriage.
